Q1. Why E5573s-320s Wi-Fi signal is always weak?

1. When E5573s-320 using its battery power, in order to save energy for longer run-time
E5573s-320 will lower down its transmit power ,so Wi-Fi signal is weaker compare with
powered by USB or power adapter. Connect E5573s-320 to power adapter or with USB
cable to a running computers USB port will enhance E5573s-320s Wi-Fi signal strength.
2. Keep E5573s-320 at least 3 to 6 feet away from other electrical devices which may create RF
signal and cause interference (for example, microwave oven, TVs, cordless/cellular phones,
baby monitors or wireless speakers). If you neednt using any of those devices when you
want to connect Internet, please turn it off.
3. Wi-Fi covered range of E5573s-320 is according to its power supply mode and its using
environment. In Idea clear square area the Wi-Fi covered range of E5573s-320 showed
below:
Use power adapter: 100m (328ft)
Use USB cable connect: 20m (66ft)
Use battery supply: 10m (33ft)
4. In actual use Wi-Fi covered range maybe different from idea square area, it decided by the
environment you use. The closer to E5573s-320, the stronger Wi-Fi signal you get. And every
obstacle (walls, ceilings, furniture) between your device and E5573s-320 may decrease Wi-Fi
signal strength. Move your device closer to E5573s-320 can avoid obstacles and improve
Wi-Fi signal.
5. Change the Wi-Fi channel to fix one other than auto (you can try the available channel one

by one and select the channel with best signal strength)

Q2. I forget my Wi-Fi key and Web login password I cant login my

E5573s-320

If you forget your Web login password, you neednt to worry. Try to restore your E5573s-320
as following step
1. Open the back cover of E5573s-320
2. Press and hold the RESET button until the indicators are off. The Mobile WiFi is then
restored to its factory settings.
Notice: After you carry out this operation, the Mobile Wi-Fis personal configuration
parameters will all be deleted. All configurations on the web management page will be
restored to the factory settings.
If you only forget your Wi-Fi Key, try to set the new Wi-Fi key in the WLAN Basic Setting
page, input new WIFI key directly in WPA Pre Shared Key bar or select show password option
the view the password
Q3. E5573s-320s signal is weak and cannot register to 3G\4G network

1. Please check local network condition, check whether there is 3G\4G network which
provided by telecom operator at the moment. Ensure you are not in some close environment.
(You may check the signal strengthen by the icon displayed on Web UI main page)
2. Please move E5573s-320 toward to window to get better signal
3. If the network condition is good but still cannot register, please try to reset E5573s-320
and try again
4. Sometimes E5573s-320 will be rejected by the operator for some reasons. Please reset
E5573s-320 and check. If E5573s-320 still cannot camp on the network, please contact with
your device provider.

Q4. I feel my E5573s-320 getting hot after long hours usage. Is there

safety concern?

Like most other electronic devices, E5573s-320 get hotter during charge or big data transfer.
It is a quite normal phenomenon if working in regular office environment. Even if it works in hot
environment, E5573s-320 will automatically power off if its temperature over limits for safety
protections. (Please dont use E5573s-320 in close environment; it will cause poor signal and
high heat of your E5573s-320)
Q5. How can I get version information of my E5573s-320?

Log in Web UI,Click Settings \System\Device information, then you can see software
& hardware version of your device.

Q6. When I connect E5573s-320 to PC with USB cable, why does the

AutoPlay dialog box not appear?

1. Please check if the computer OS meets one of the following:


(1) Support Windows XP SP3Windows Vista SP1/SP2Windows 7Windows 8does not support
Windows RT
(2) Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8 and 10.9 with latest upgrades
2. Make sure E5573s-320 is turned on(By tapping the power button to see if the indicator
lights);To turn on E5573s-320, hold and press the power button until the light turns on to power
on. If E5573s-320 is out of battery power, please charge it by USB cable or power adaptor.
3. Find the drive path MobileWiFi, it should appear as one virtual CD-ROM drive in My
Computer. Double click to open it, then you can find AutoRun.exe ,double click and install the
driver manually.
4. If the drive path Mobile Wi-Fi not showing up, make sure there is no damage on USB cable
and no contamination at PC USB connectors. Try to re-plug in USB connectors (both end of USB
cable) to E5573s-320 and computer again.

Q7. E5573s-320 cant power on, what should I do?

Please check is there something abnormal indicates at your battery when charging, and then
check whether your battery is installed normally. If it is ok, it may be the battery power is too low
to discharge, please charge your battery and try to power on again after a few minutes when you
can see the charging icon.

Q8. Why it take a long time to fully charge E5573s-320?

Maximum time to full charge E5573s-320 battery


1) Device off charged by AC charger: about 3h
2) Device off and charged by USB cable: about 5h
3) Device on and in used to transfer data, the charge time will be longer.
Q9. The working or standby time of E5573s-320 is so short.

Under the state of fully charged:


Maximum working time: 6 hours (depending on the network)
Maximum standby time: 300 hours (depending on the network)
Some improper uses will influent the life of battery, for example: used under high/low
temperature and humid environment, leaving battery unused for long time, the battery be
charged and discharged for too many times

Q10. My E5573s-320 cannot being charged, what should I do?

1) Please check the connection between charger and device first, and make sure the state of
charger is normal. Please use standard charger or adapter, using nonstandard charger may
lead to battery cannot be charged.

2) When the temperature of device it too high, the device will stop charge automatically to
protect safety. It also can recover to charge after temperature become low.

3) If the battery voltage lower than power on voltage, it will show battery abnormal. Please
keep your device being charged until it shows the charging icon.

Q11. How many users can access the E5573s-320 at the same time?

How to set the maximum number of users?

1) A maximum of ten wireless users can access the E5573s-320 at the same time

2) Login the Web page, Select Settings > WLAN > WLAN Advanced Settings, select a number from
the Maximum connected users drop-down list box. and then click Apply
Q12. My E5573s-320 cannot find the SSIDwhat should I do?

There is a function to Enable\Disable SSID Broadcast in WEBUI Page of E5573s-320.When


you cannot search SSID, please login WEBUI, select Settings > WLAN > WLAN Basic Settings, check
SSID Broadcast is enable or not. If it shows Disable ,you need to enable it, then you can find the
SSID of E5573s-320
Q13. Clients connected to the Mobile WiFi cannot communicate with

each other.

If access point (AP) isolation is enabled, clients connected to the Mobile WiFi cannot
communicate with each other. If AP isolation is disabled, clients connected to the Mobile WiFi
can communicate with each other.
Q14. My Wi-Fi device always disconnect with E5573s-320

automatically, what should I do?

If the function of automatically disabling the WLAN is enabled, the Mobile Wi-Fi disables the
WLAN when all the following conditions are met: The Mobile Wi-Fi is powered by only the
battery; the WLAN is enabled; no clients access the WLAN for a period of time; the idle time
exceeds the value of WLAN off time (Min). You can click the power key of E5573s-320 to wake up
your device and connect your Wi-Fi again. If you want to disable the function of automatically
disabling the WLAN, you can do as follows:
1) Choose Settings > WLAN > WLAN Advanced Settings.
2) From WLAN auto off, select:
Enable: to enable the function of automatically disabling the WLAN.
Disable: to disable the function of automatically disabling the WLAN.
3) From WLAN off time (Min), select a time period.
4) Click Apply
