Greetings from Morong Service Center!

Our project employee Mr. Arsenio Hiramis who met an accident last
September 2016 is still on-leave up to this date hence, Mr. Reynaldo Alberto
our regular driver in our service center was also tasked for awhile to drive
our service vehicle from Morong to Balanga and vice versa.

With this, may we request your good office for an additional driver to serve
as his alternate driver.
