3. Trim palm trees where needed along Hwy 98 ROW from Tillie Miller Bridge to
Welcome Park.

INOVIA CONSULTING GROUP PROJECTS:

ITEM 1: CRA Director to report on progress of SE Ave C Project.

(5 minutes)

ITEM 2: CRA Director to report on progress NW Ave B Project.

(5 minutes).

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS:

ITEM 1: Progress of Marine Street Triangle Parking Lot construction and expected
completion date.
(5 minutes)

ITEM 2: Award Contract for Riverwalk Park Facilities Rehabilitation project.

(15 minutes)

CRA BOARD PROJECTS:

ITEM 1: Repair sidewalk in front of new restaurant at corner of NE 1st St and Storrs Ave,
across street from Express Lane.
(5 minutes)

ITEM 2: CRA District Maintenance

1. Replace plants and spread new mulch at Welcome Park.
2. Include additional landscape beds at corner of Marine St and SE Ave C maintenance.
3. Include Marine St Boat Ramp Parking Lot maintenance.
(10 minutes)
