RESUMEN

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo general la evaluacin de los procesos

peligrosos. De manera que contribuya a mejorar las condiciones y el medio ambiente de
trabajo para elevar el nivel de proteccin y seguridad con el fin de conservar la integridad
fsica, psicolgica y moral del personal que laboran en los mencionados talleres de la
empresa, asegurando que la evaluacin de los procesos peligrosos, ayuda a la disminucin
y exposicin de las condiciones peligrosas y la exposicin a los agentes dainos. Tambin
el presente proyecto contempla la metodologa de tcnicas de recoleccin de datos, la
observacin directa, entrevistas no estructuradas y las inspecciones guiadas a travs de la
Normas Covenin 2266-88, 4004-00, Norma Tcnica 01-2008, entre otras Normas. Donde
se establecen las necesidades, situacin actual y la evaluacin de los procesos de peligrosos
en los entornos de trabajo que pueden afectar la salud o causar lesiones a los trabajadores,
se ejecuta la inspeccin tcnica donde se detectan los riesgos existentes en las zonas de
estudio por lo que se realiz de manera detallada un mapa de riesgo y en concordancia en
materia jurdica nacional vigente se actualizan los anlisis de riesgo en el trabajo (ART) y
la matriz de anlisis de riesgo con el fin de identificar los procesos peligrosos y evaluar los
riesgos presentes. La investigacin metodolgica utilizada bajo la accin participativa es
apoyada con informes de los accidentes ocurridos histricamente y la necesaria de adecuar
lo establecido en la ley orgnica de proteccin y medio ambiente de trabajo (LOPCYMAT).
Permiti la identificacin, evaluacin, notificacin de peligros y riesgos presente en las
instalaciones y puestos de trabajo.

 EVALUATION OF DANGEROUS PROCESSES IN THE WORKSHOP OF
MANUFACTURE AND WELDING OF THE COMPANY PETROLERA SOCIAL,
C.A. (P&S).

SUMMARY

The present project has as general objective the evaluation of the dangerous
processes. In order to improve the conditions and the working environment to raise the
level of protection and safety in order to preserve the physical, psychological and moral
integrity of the personnel working in the mentioned workshops of the company, ensuring
that the evaluation of hazardous processes, helps to reduce and expose hazardous
conditions and exposure to harmful agents. The present project also includes the
methodology of data collection techniques, direct observation, unstructured interviews and
guided inspections through Covenin Standards 2266-88, 4004-00, Technical Standard 01-
2008, among other Norms. Where the needs, the current situation and the evaluation of
dangerous processes in the work environments that can affect the health or cause injuries to
the workers are established, the technical inspection is carried out where the existing risks
in the zones of study are detected by a risk map was prepared and in accordance with
national legislation, the work risk analysis (ART) and the risk analysis matrix were updated
in order to identify the dangerous processes and to evaluate the risks gifts. The
methodological research used under the participatory action is supported by reports of the
accidents that occurred historically and the necessary to adapt the established in the organic
law of protection and working environment (LOPCYMAT). It allowed the identification,
evaluation, notification of hazards and risks present in the facilities and jobs.
