With all due the respect to honorable Mr. Principal, to honorable Mr. Homeroom teacher, to honorable Mr. and Mrs. Teachers as well as to my
dearest companions.

First of all, lets say our praise and gratitude to God the One and Almighty due to His illimitable grace and blessing upon us so that in this good
occasion and time we can gather here in the best of our health.

Motivation to study of each person, from one person to others could be not the same. Usually, it depends on what is wanted by the person
concerned. For example, a child will study and reach the first rank in his class because he was enticed to get a new bicycle by his parents.
Another example, a student has strong motivation to study in order to pass the examination by achieving the first rank or other general
achievement. After that, he plans on getting some great job in order to make his parents happy.
Motivation to study wont be established if the person concerned doesnt have any longings, goals, or realize the benefits of studying for his own
good. Therefore, certain way of conditioning is needed, so that we or anybody who wants some spirits to study will be motivated.
Here are some tips to increase our motivation to study:
1. Making friends or hanging out with people who like to study
2. Associating with people who like to study and have may achievements will make us end up liking to study as well. Besides of that, we can
try to find someone or some community that has good habit in studying.
3. You can also try to question about experiences in various places to people who have ever continued or are going on their educ ation to
higher level, like people who get scholarship to study abroad or people who often get rewards for their achievements. Their good habits and
spirits will spread to us, such as the analogy of making friends with a blacksmith or perfume seller. If we spend our times with a blacksmith,
we then will be affected by the smell of the burnt irons, while if we associate with a perfume seller, we then will be affected by the scent of
perfumes.
4. Studying and learning everything.
5. The definition of studying in this section is understood comprehensively, either formal or informal. We can study and learn about many kinds
of skills, such as learning or studying how to assemble computer components, write kinds of writings, make movies and films, become an
entrepreneur, and many others.
6. Studying and Learning from internet
7. We can use internet to join with people who like to study. For example, if you are interested in studying English, you can go to
Belajaringgris.net.
8. Associating with people who are always optimistic and think positively
9. In this world, there are some people who always look so optimistic even though there are having problems, for example; friends, lovers, or
spouse. You can also do the same thing by finding out someone or some community who can help to lead or motivate you in studying and
making achievements.

Mari Bangun Semangat Belajar Kita

Assalamualaikum wr.wb.
Bapak kepala sekolah yang saya hormati, bapak wali kelas yang saya hormati, juga, bapak dan ibu guru yang saya hormati. Tak lupa kepada
rekan-rekan yang saya cintai.
Marilah kita panjatkan puji dan syukur kepada Tuhan Yang maha esa atas curahan nikmat-Nya yang tiada terhingga diberikan kepada kita,
sehingga pada kesempatan yang baik ini kita dapat berkumpul, dalam keadaan sehat wal afiat.
Motivasi belajar setiap orang, satu dengan yang lainnya, bisa jadi tidak sama. Biasanya, hal itu bergantung dari apa yang diinginkan orang yang
bersangkutan. Misalnya, seorang anak mau belajar dan mengejar rangking pertama karena diiming-imingi akan dibelikan sepeda oleh
orangtuanya.
Contoh lainnya, seorang siswa mempunyai motivasi belajar yang tinggi agar lulus dengan rengking pertama atau juara umum. Sete lah itu, dia
bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang hebat dengan tujuan membahagiakan orangtuanya.
Motivasi belajar tidak akan terbentuk apabila orang tersebut tidak mempunyai keinginan, cita-cita, atau menyadari manfaat belajar bagi dirinya.
Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengkondisian tertentu, agar diri kita atau siapa pun juga yang menginginkan semangat untuk belajar dapat
termotivasi.
Tips-tips berikut untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar kita:
1. Bergaullah dengan orang-orang yang senang belajar
2. Bergaul dengan orang-orang yang senang belajar dan berprestasi, akan membuat kita pun gemar belajar. Selain itu, coba cari orang atau
komunitas yang mempunyai kebiasaan baik dalam belajar
3. Bertanyalah tentang pengalaman di berbagai tempat kepada orang-orang yang pernah atau sedang melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang
4. yang lebih tinggi, orang-orang yang mendapat beasiwa belajar di luar negeri, atau orang-orang yang mendapat penghargaan atas sebuah
presrasi.
Kebiasaan dan semangat mereka akan menular kepada kita. Seperti halnya analogi orang yang berteman dengan tukang pandai besi atau
penjual minyak wangi. Jika kita bergaul dengan tukang pandai besi, maka kita pun turut terciprat bau bakaran besi, dan jika b ergaul dengan
penjual minyak wangi, kita pun akan terciprat harumnya minyak wangi.
5. Belajar apapun
6. Pengertian belajar di sini dipahami secara luas, baik formal maupun nonformal. Kita bisa belajar tentang berbagai keterampilan seperti
merakit komputer, belajar menulis, membuat film, berlajar berwirausaha, dan lain lain-lainnya.
7. Belajar dari internet
8. Kita bisa memanfaatkan internet untuk bergabung dengan kumpulan orang-orang yang senang belajar. Salah satu milis dapat menjadi
ajang kita bertukar pendapat, pikiran, dan memotivasi diri. Sebagai contoh, jika ingin termotivasi untuk belajar bahasa Inggris, kita bisa
masuk ke milisFree-English-Course@yahoogroups.com.
9. Bergaulah dengan orang-orang yang optimis dan selalu berpikiran positif
10. Di dunia ini, ada orang yang selalu terlihat optimis meski masalah merudung. Misalnya: teman, pacar, ataupun pasangan hidup. Anda pun
bisa melakukan hal serupa dengan mencari seseorang/komunitas yang dapat membantu mengarahakan atau memotivasi Anda belajar dan
meraih prestasi.

Youth Generation That Brings Alteration

Assalamualaikum wr.wb
With all due the respect to the honorable Mr. Principal, to the honorable Mr. Homeroom Teacher of my class, to honorable Mr. and Mrs.
Teachers as well as to the dearest friends.

First of all, lets say our praise and gratitude only to Allah Swt due to His grace and blessings upon us so that on this good time and occasion we
all can still gather in this place in the best of our health.

Ladies, gentlemen, and friends that I love,

Youth is a figure that always brings alterations. Alteration in life order of some era is quite influenced by the role of youths. In 1982, youths
gathered altogether and then took the pledge in order to tighten the unity of Indonesia. This pledge was known as Youth Pledge. All youths from
all over Indonesia from various ethnics, cultures, languages, and regions strove for retaking the independence of nation altogether.
Who doesnt know Mr. Soekarno, our first president of Indonesia? Nobody doubted him in each of his speech to encourage the youths in
maintaining the independence of Indonesia. The long journey of Indonesia to the national independence shows us how great the influence was
regarding our nations life. And then as the youth Muslim generation, what have we contributed to society, nation, religion, and especially our
own selves? Have we given any alteration?
A Muslim youth should go on with positive alterations day after day in his or her life. How a loss if a Muslim youth is seen to be worse than
yesterday. The success of a youth in dealing with a number of life handicaps along with the good alterations will be the basic in how he or she
brings alterations to his or her surroundings and those that are bigger than that.

To all of my companions that I proud of,

Dr. Yusuf Qardhawi said that there are three things that underlie a youth as a foundation of alteration;
1. Youths come with brilliant brain
2. Youths have strong physicals
3. Youths behave objectively
From the three points above, we can come to the conclusion that to bring the balance of physical alterations, youths also need to take into
consider of three things that underlie spiritual alterations:
1. Youths need to have strong faith
2. Youth need to be always istiqamah in performing any religious services and duties
3. Youths have good manners or akhlak khasanah
Ladies, gentlemen, and all the companions blessed by AllahIts about the time for Muslim youths to rise up for creating alterations in every line
of life and keeping as well as maintaining the self-image of Islam. Moreover, Islam has been being besieged from all over the directions. We
need to increase our knowledge about Islam by reading various books. Not only Islamic books but also those books whose conten ts sometimes
offense the world of Islam. Thus, youth generations can have the provisions to become the agents of alteration.
Make our youth as the time thats full of benefits and all the good things before the coming of old age, when all of our spirits would fade away.
What are we waiting for, if we can do the alteration now? Use our youth times to become the part of Islams awakening history in Indonesia.

Menjadi Generasi Muda Pembawa Perubahan

Bapak kepala sekolah yang saya hormati, bapak wali kelas yang saya hormati, juga, bapak dan ibu guru yang saya hormati. Tak l upa kepada
rekan-rekan yang saya cintai.
Pertama-tama marilah kita panjatkan puji dan syukur kepada Tuhan Yang maha esa atas curahan nikmat-Nya yang tiada terhingga yang telah
diberikan kepada kita, sehingga pada kesempatan yang baik ini kita dapat berkumpul, dalam keadaan sehat wal afiat.
Rekan-rekan dan para hadirin yang saya cintai.
Pemuda merupakan sosok yang selalu membawa pada perubahan. Perubahan dalam tatanan kehidupan suatu zaman sedikit banyak
dipengaruhi oleh peranan pemuda. Pada tahun 1928, para pemuda berkumpul kemudian berikrar untuk mempererat persatuan Indonesia. Ikrar
ini kita kenal sebagai sumpah pemuda. Dengan berikrarnya para pemuda dari berbagai suku, budaya, bahasa dan daerah untuk bersama-sama
berjuang dibawah panji Indonesia meraih kemerdekaan. siapa yang tidak kenal dengan Soekarno presiden pertama bangsa Indonesia. Tiada
seorangpun yang meragukan semangat beliau dalam berbagai pidato untuk menyemangatkan para pemuda demi mempertahankan
kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia. Perjalanan panjang bangsa Indonesia menuju kemerdekaan menggambarkan kepada kita betapa besar
pengaruh pemuda dalam tatanan kehidupan. Kemudian sebagai generasi muda islam apakah yang telah kita kontribusikan pada masyarakat,
bangsa, agama dan terkhusus pada diri kita masing-masing? Apakah kita telah memberikan perubahan?
Seorang pemuda muslim hendaknya dari hari ke hari mengalami perubahan yang positif dalam kehidupannya. Sungguh merugi bila seorang
pemuda islam lebih buruk dari hari kemarin. Keberhasilan pemuda dalam menjalani berbagai rintangan hidup dengan perubahan yan g baik
akan menjadi dasar bagaimana ia membawa perubahan di lingkungan sekitarnya dan yang lebih luas dari itu.
Rekan-rekan dan para hadirin yang saya banggakan.
Dr.Yusuf Qardhawi mengatakan bahwa ada 3 hal yang mendasari seorang pemuda itu sebagai pondasi perubahan;
1. Anak muda mempunyai otak yang brilian
2. Anak muda mempunyai fisik yang kuat
3. Anak muda memiliki sikap yang objektif
Dari tiga hal diatas dapat kita simpulkan sebagai dasar perubahan fisikal, untuk memberikan keseimbangan kepada perubahan fisikal
hendaknya seorang pemuda juga memperhatikan tiga hal yang mendasari perubahan spiritual:
1. Pemuda memiliki akidah yang kuat
2. Pemuda senantiasa istiqamah dalam beribadah
3. Pemuda memiliki budi pekerti yang baik atau akhlak khasanah
Rekan-rekan dan para hadirin yang dirahmati Allah.
Sudah saatnya pemuda islam bangkit untuk mengadakan perubahan disegala lini kehidupan dan mempertahankan jati diri islam. Apalagi pada
saat ini islam telah di kepung dari segala penjuru. Dengan mempelajari islam secara mendetail, menambah wawasan dengan membaca
berbagai macam buku. Tidak hanya

buku-buku yang berazaskan islam tetapi buku-buku yang menyerang ataupun berseberangan dengan agama islam bukan untuk kita jauhi.
Yang demikian sebagai modal bagi generasi muda untuk menjadi agen perubahan.
Jadikan masa muda kita sebagai masa yang penuh dengan manfaat dan kebaikan, sebelum datang masa tua, pada masa itu semangat kita
sudah mengendur. Untuk apalagi kita menunggu, jika sekarang juga kita bias melakukan perubahan itu. Manfaatkan masa muda kita menjadi
bagian dari sejarah bangkitnya islam di Indonesia.

My dear Brother and Sister, Lets thank to Allah the Almighty, Who has given us Mercy and Blessing, so we can meet together in this blessing
place. And also let's deliver Sholawat and Salam to our prophet Muhammad SAW, Who has brought us,from the darkness to the brightness.
Standing in fron of you all, I would like to deliver my speech under the tittle "The role of Islam in shaping peoples character ".
Allah SAW said in Holy Quran:

Meant: Alif laam raa. A Book which We have revealed unto thee, in order that thou mightest lead mankind out of the depths of darkness into
light - by the leave of their Lord - to the Way of (Him) the Exalted in power, worthy of all praise!. (QS. Ibrahim)

Q.S Ibrahim explains that the Holy is a light or an-nuur. It will bring people from the darkness to the brightness. It means that Al Quran is
guidance for people from the foolishness into the intelligence. Therefore, Holy Quran can build the peoplecharacter. And of course, if there
are many people with good characters, it will build good nation.
Indonesia is a rich country of natural resources and human resources (HR).
The fact that nowadays, Indonesia faced various complex national problems that isnot finished yet.
Especially the case of moral crisis. A variety of the nation's problems that occurred in Indonesia would be overcome if the human
resources are actually qualified. The Noble character who owned the nation of Indonesia is getting lost. So that it must be rebuilt, especially
through education. Education is a planned effort in the learning process for individuals to grow to be an independent, responsible,
creativeand knowledgeable human. And mainly, they will have noble moral and character.

The terminology, the Qur'an is the word of Allah Almighty, sent down to the great prophet Muhammad saw, one of its functions is "huda
linnaas" guidance for people on this earth. That's why, the role of islamic education is as the agent of changethat must be able to repair the
people's character.
As we know that one of moral crisis reasons occurred in Indonesia is because oflosing the noble character. Consequently, we as a young
generation have a big question here."How To Build the peoples noble caharacter to face the moral crisis in our country?". Of course, it is
quite difficult. But, "The most effective way to improve and to develop the noble character is from improving the way of thinking"
~ Abdullah bin 'Amr said; Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Those whom I love in the most among you is the best moral and
character." (HR. Ahmad)
Islam is very concerned with education. With the right and qualified education, individuals will be formed, which ultimately led the people
into the noble social life.
In the role of Islam, Islamic religious education can be powerful in shaping the character of the people.
It seems clear, that Islam emphasizes the role of education in its primary purpose is devotion
Allah optimally.
Such a life, it would be an impact on people and got the urge to create safe, prosperous, and qualified conditions in its environment.
Characters can be formed through the environment, such as family environment in childhood or congenital.
Some argue that good or bad human character is indeed congenital.
If just that is so, then humans characters will not be changed easily..
However, that opinion could be wrong.
If the opinion is right, then the character education is useless, because it would not be possible to change the character of the person.
Whereas, Alloh had sai in Ar Rodu : 11

Allah does not change a people's lot unless they change what is in their hearts.
It shows that good or bad of human character is only depended on themselves.

In Islam, prophet Muhammad SAW is the best model who had the best character with Islamic education as declared in the Holy Quran (Q.S
AL-Ahzab : 21)
"Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who
engages much in the Praise of Allah." (QS. Al-Ahzab: 21)

Why Can Islamic religious education shape the peoples character?

Because education is the main thing for human life, even human would be as if not human without primary education.
For that reason, people must get better education to get a better life and they will reach a better future.
THAT there will be no better future without having to build the noble character of ourselves.
In other words, there is no better future that can be realized without honesty, without self-discipline, without the spirit of learning, without
responsibility, and without confident and optimist sense. So, those are the important role of education to build the noble character.
And Then, the basic or principal source of morals or character is al-Quran and al-Hadith. Those are the main source of Islam.

So the role of Islam can build a noble character of the people through the islamic religion education.
Then it will create good generation with AKHLAKULKHARIMAH.
Consequently, Those will bring islam into the glory.
Especially, indonesia which have many moral crisis must develop islamic religion education, because as we know that most of indonesia
people dont have qualified and noble character yet.
In Fact, there are many cases in indonesia such as corruption, murder, bribe, ravishment and etc.

Do you know what the reason of those cases?

Basically, just one Answer. Moral Crisis.

So, what is the solution ?

Actually, we just need some great figures, as a great modal USWATUN HASANAH for the young generation.
Let me put some examples:
Prophet Muhammad is the most appropriate example for a precedent in shaping the character.
Likewise, his friends who used to hold the holy al-Qur'an and as-Sunna in daily life.
And, they could create achievement for islam and the country.
Beside that,
Recently, Musa as a little hafidz in indonesia became the third winner in hafidz or memorizing holy quran competition in the world.
It was a great achievement for the young generation in indonesia, because he is just 7 y.o .
But he can memorize the whole holy quran, Umdatul Ahkam, Arbain Nawawi, Arbain hadits ust Abdul Hakim bin Amir Abdat, and Durusul
Lughoh.
How Come ?
He is just a little boy but he have a great achievement.
In fact, its started from islamic education in his family.
His parent educate him to be dicipline to pray tahajjud, memorize and remember the holy quran, and join the islamic study guided by his
father.
Moreover, Musa is strongly avoided from television which has bad impact for the children.
And another example,
Muhammad Al-Fatih,
in his daily activity, he studied history, linguistics, natural sciences, and in particular he also studied strategy in war.
He could form his character since he had stepped on adolescence, he had begun working on the obligatory and sunnah prayers every day.
Eventually, with his intellegence and education he could paralyze constantinople to be islamic country.
Then, we can conclude that islamic education is the most important role for shaping peoples noble character.
So we can create islamic generation that will be usefull for the religion and the country.
My Dear brother and sister,
We must keep our struggle for building ourselves.

So, Lets improve ourselves, to be always ready with competition in life.
