The team selection starts before the activities.Training the new employees and make sure all
employee have the promote skills.Rent a place at shopping mall because shopping mall have many
target customer like workers,teenagers and family.Before start do promotion,will set the counter
and decoration the counter to attract customer.after that,will do promotion through
advertisement ,internet and facebook to let the people who didt come shoping mall also can know
