Come join us for a fun evening of movies and
food! Participants will be dropped off and picked

up from Marion Diehl. We will be headed to
dynamic warm ups, interactive relays, big obstacle

adventures, gymnastics, sports skills and teamwork
After the movie, we will head to Chick-Fil-A for
games. Well-trained staff will lead children through
late/early lunch. The cost of the program covers
the absolute BEST of My Gym's fun skills and
1 ticket, Kids pack (popcorn/drink/candy) and a
activities that strengthen and challenge your child in
participant meal! Participants should be
a FUN and uplifting atmosphere!
Registration Deadline: November 14 independent in self-care and be able to sit
through a two-hour movie. Parents are not
required to stay for the program.

Stepping is a form of rhythmic dance in which the
performer's entire body becomes the instrument
through hand-clapping, foot-stomping, chants,
spoken word and other moves. The program is
designed to allow our teens, young adults, and
adults to set and achieve goals, make decisions and
evaluate their decisions by learning self-worth,
decision making skills, and traditional values such
as; self-respect, respect for others and
perseverance.

Weve got SABOR (flavor)! This Latin & World

music-infused workout with get you dancing,
moving, and energized! Participants will improve
their balance, coordination and fitness all while
exploring Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Salsa,

Dont let the cold wreck your ride! Were going

indoors to learn the mechanics to ride a bike. The
program provides bikes and helmets during the
event, but you are welcome to bring your own.
During this time, participants will be able to
schedule a 30 minute time slot to work with a
CTRS on bike riding skills. Registration is
required to ensure a time slot for your participant.

Fall is HERE! The Gifted Gardeners have LOTS to

do: starting vegetable and flower plants for the fall
season; preparing the gardens and caring for
houseplants at the Marion Diehl Center; and
crafting items using plant materials. Please dress
for the weather, as we spend part of each class
