1. HYPOTHALAMUS
Terletak di anteroinferior dienchepalon
Hormon yang dihasilkan:
o CRH (Corticotropic Releasing Hormone)
o GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone)
o GnRH(Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone)
o PRF(Prolactin Releasing Factor)
o TRH (Thyrotropin Releasing Hormone)
o GHIH(Growth Hormone Inhibiting Hormone)
o PIH(Prolactin Inhibiting Hormone)

2. HYPOPHYSIS
Terletak di inferior hypothalamus, di fossa hypophysial dalam sella turcica os
sphenoidale

GH(Growth Hormone) Sel Somatotropic Sel di seluruh jaringan

Hormone)
FSH(Follicle Stimulating Sel Gonadotropic Ovarium, Testis
Hormone)

MSH(Melanocyte Sel di Pars intermedia Kulit
Stimulating Hormone)

Neurohypophysis
Merupakan perpanjangan akson dari nukleus di hypothalamus
Terdiri atas 2 bagian: Pars nervosa dan infundibulum
Hormon dihasilkan di hypothalamus dan akan disimpan di neurohypophysis
Hormon yang disimpan yaitu: ADH (Antidiuretic Hormone) dan Oxytocin
Kedua hormon dihasilkan oleh nukleus supraoptic dan nukleus paraventricular
di hypothalamus
Kedua hormon berjalan menuju neurohypophysis melalui tractus
Hypothalamo-Hypophyseal

3. Glandula Pinealis
Terletak di posterior epithalamus
 Hormon yang dihasilkan: Melatonin

4. Glandula Thyroidea
Terletak di belakang M. Sternothyroid dan M. Sternohyoideus
Terletak setinggi Vertebrae Cervicalis 5-Vertebrae Thoracalis 1
Mempunyai 2 lobus: Lobus dextra dan sinistra
Kedua lobus dipisahkan oleh isthmus
Diperdarahi: A. Thyroidea Superior, A. Thyroidea Inferior
Darah dari Gland. Thyroid bermuara ke: V. Thyroidea Superior, V. Thyroidea
Media, V. Thyroidea Inferior
Sel Follicular menghasilkan hormon: Thyroxine
Sel Parafollicular: Calcitonin

5. Glandula Parathyroidea
Terletak di permukaan posterior Glandula Thyroid
Hormon: PTH(Parathyroid Hormone)

6. Thymus
Ada 2 lobus
Terletak di mediastinum superior dari jantung dan di posterior sternum
Hormon: Thymosins, Thymopoetin

7. Pancreas
Sel Alpha: Glucagon
Sel Beta: Insulin
Sel Delta: Somatostatin
Sel PP: Pancreatic Polypeptide
Sel G: Gastrin

8. Glandula Suprarenalis
Terletak di superior setiap ren
Terdiri atas korteks dan medula
Bagian korteks menghasilkan hormon: Mineralocorticoid, Glucocorticoid,
Gonadocorticoid
Bagian medula menhasilkan hormon: Epinephrine dan Norepinephrine

9. Ovarium
Hormon: Estrogen, Progesteron, Inhibin

10. Testis
Hormon: Testosterone, Inhibin

11. Organ dan Jaringan Lain

 Jantung: ANP(Atrial Natriuretic Peptide)
Kulit: Cholecalciferol
Hepar: Angiotensinogen, Calcidiol, Erythropoetin, IGF-1 (Insulin like Growth
Factor-1)
Ginjal: Angiotensin II, Erythropoetin, Calcitriol
Gaster dan Intestinum Tenue: Gastrin, CCK (Cholecystokinin), Ghrelin,
Peptide YY
Jaringan Adiposa: Leptin
Plasenta: Estrogen, Progesterone
