AGREEMENT LETTER

This letter is a proof that the Owner of the House located at San Guillermo street corner NIA

Road, nearby to the INTAKE AREA agreed/authorized Frey-fil Corporation to sub-connect to their

Electricity connection from MERALCO and will be paid by P 6,000.00 monthly until the construction

activity on the INTAKE AREA finished.
