From the semester 2016/2017 spring students of the Doctoral School have to use this form for their
course registration. It is advised to fill the form on the computer and print it after that. Students have to
ask the teachers of the courses to be taken to sign the form in order to make sure that they have
discussed. If at the time of registration it is not possible to reach the teacher, the supervisor or the
program leader can also sign that the selected course after informing the teacher of it.

When choosing the subjects the student always has to discuss with the supervisor what to take. Pay
attention to fulfill the criteria off the doctoral program of the student.

For courses outside the Doctoral School please write other school before the name of the course.
These courses are accepted by the program director at the end of the semester.

For the research work please mark the selected courses with an X.
