The Department of Advertising and Public Relations of the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines will be holding a mini-seminar, a zombie-themed event entitled: Duguan: Survival
Zone for Bloody Brainstorming. The said event will be a seminar about conceptualization. The
art of conceptualization is undeniably a grueling and bloody process, which is why in this event
attendees will learn from professionals. Attendees are expected to have a better understanding
about the conceptualization process after the said occasion.

This event will be attended by University Officials, Alumni, ADPR students and a large number
of students from different colleges and universities. As such, this grand affair will surely give any
company a great opportunity to promote their products and services. Also, with such long event

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

MAJOR SPONSOR (PHP 30,000)


1. Option to put a company booth in the venue during the actual event or if not in the
venue, in the Department Area 1 week before the actual event.
2. Two (2) 4m x 1m company streamers (which will be provided by the company) will be
posted nearest the stage.
3. Option to distribute leaflets or flyers(which will be provided by the company) can be
included in the loot bag at the registration booth.
4. Maximum of 3 posters may be provided by the sponsor to be posted in appropriate
places within our Department area.
5. Company logo will be placed in the social networking sites of the said event (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram)
6. Company logo will be placed at the stage back drop, photo wall, promotional campaigns
and program invitation.
7. Live acknowledgement with an AVP every segment/gap of the program.

MINOR SPONSOR (PHP 20,000)

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES FOR MEDIA PARTNERS

MAJOR MEDIA PARTNERS

Television media partner will provide ten(10) publicity spiels per day; one (1) week prior
to the event.
Radio media partner will provide ten(10) publicity spiels per day; one(1) week prior to
the event.
Broadsheet media partner will provide:
A 5cols x 27cm print ad of the event poster for broadsheet one day before the
event day.
A 3cols x 20cm print ad of the event poster for the tabloid one day before the
event.
Magazine media partner may choose to provide a full page print ad of the event poster
and/or full page article in the next succeeding issues of the magazine.

In return, organizers will provide the following advertising mileage:

1. Three (3) 4m x 1m company streamers (which will be provided by the company) will be
strategically posted at the venue.
2. We will give you the option to provide two(2) posters which will be posted within the
lobby area of our Department, 2 weeks prior to the event and during the event.
3. Company logo will be placed at the stage backdrop, photowall, promotional campaign
posters and program invitations.
4. Company logo will be placed in the social networking sites of the said event. (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram)
5. Live acknowledgement every program gap (A total of six)
