Partnership agreement

For a youth exchange project Think and study green

AIM
This partnership agreement aims to define and precise the overall responsibilities of
each partner involved in the implementation of the Youth Exchange Think and study
green that will be held from the 18th-24th of May in Zagreb, Croatia.

This Agreement provides a support for each partner in order to avoid any
misunderstanding or to prevent any conflict.

DURATION
The present Partnership Agreement is valid during the project as stated in the financial
convention signed with the European Commission (represented by the Agency for
Mobility and EU Programmes) for the project 2016-3-HR01-KA105-034834, from the
02/02/2017 to the 1/11/2017.

CONTENT OF THE YOUTH EXCHANGE


The Youth Exchange is an opportunity for young peoples of our 2 countries to discuss,
exchange ideas and opinion in order to create together a positive contribution to the
societies around of them.

The partners agreed to work on the topic of eco educative path for observing birds
which will be used to improve skills and competences of young people and create
different workshops where they would work together in international groups with other
peers. During their youth exchange they will raise awareness about importance of team
work and will have a chance to get to know youth from different country and
backgrounds.

The exchange is implemented with participants from one of the older EU member
country - Italy and the youngest EU member - Croatia. In this context a youth exchange
is a unique opportunity to discuss about the different representation and actions of the
European Union.

METHODS
By creating educative path for watching birds with QR codes, cameras for bird houses
and feeding platforms, outdoor benches and tables, documentary video, yearly eco
calendar 2018/2019, info tables about birds in 4 languages we will improve
interpersonal, intercultural, social and language competences.

In general the methods will support active participation and leave lot of space for
creativity and participants ideas.

PREPARATION
Each group will have to prepare the exchange on his side and to communicate with
others before and after the exchange. A Facebook group will be used to promote
exchange and e-mails and skype will be used to put in contact and facilitate discussions
before the exchange.

Each group should prepare:

The full programme for 22 participants staying in Zagreb and Siracusa where
activities will be part of informal learning and connected with our topic
Presentation of their own school, town, country, culture and traditions
Better knowledge concerning eco topics, biology and ICT in 2 participant countries

An advanced planning visit will be organised from the 28 th till 30th of March 2017 in
Zagreb. Each organization will send at least one leader to attend this planning visit, a
participant, possibly a student (representative of students).

PARTICIPANTS
The participants must be identified in the beginning of the preparation phase, and take
an active part in the preparation of main activities. The project target group are youth
13-14 years.

The project is granted by the Erasmus+ Programme and 44 participants have been
accepted in this frame.

If one partner wants to send more participants it should be done on his own funds.

The project is granted by the Erasmus + Programme and 8 leaders have been accepted
in this frame.

If one partner wants to send more leaders it should be done on his own funds.

TRANSPORTATION
Each organization is free to choose the most appropriate transportation to attend the
Advanced Planning Visit or the Youth exchange. Coordinator of the project, Osnovna
kola Jabukovac -Zagreb will book tickets for partner organisations` participants.
However, both organisations should take in account the following rules:

Always choose less expensive option


To avoid to have separated invoices for flight and luggage
Keep all the originals of boarding passes, train tickets, bus tickets and other public
transportation receipts in a good state
All invoice must indicate clearly beneficiary, dates, destination
Travel on 2nd class
The sums will be refunded upon the receipts of expenses

AGREEMENT
By signing this Partnership Agreement all involved organisation express their desire to
work together for the achievement of the above mentioned project. They will do their
best to do it in the best way it is possible and in a positive and respectful spirit.
