Introduction

The Boxing or Box, as it is also popularly called, is a contact sport in which two individuals
will fight only with their fists, wrapped in special gloves with which they will be hit and
whose main condition will be to hit the opposite over of the waist inside a quadrilateral that
is specially designed for this purpose.

This sport of Olympic character consists of brief sequences of fight called assaults or
rounds in which the boxers fight each other, but always following the rigorous mandate that
imposes the regulation that will be applied by the referee who follows closely each of the
movements and the blows inside the ring together with the fighters
Development

A) History: Boxing is a sport of fighting with fists, also called pugilism (literally
fist fight) and prizefighting (in other words, the fight for prizes/money).
Boxing has been included in the Olympic Games program since 1904. For
centuries people used their fists to resolve disputes before someone thought
of organizing such fights as entertainment.

B) Brief description of the sport:

Boxing also known as boxing or pugilism, is one of the oldest sports just like
the fight. This is a contact sport, in which two people fight using only their
fists which are covered with a special glove. The goal of boxing is to hit the
most times the opponent above the waist and inside the ring.

But boxing is a sport that transfers the blows, since the boxer needs the
mastery of mental abilities and skills, this must be strategic not only to hit
the opponent more, but also to avoid receiving so many blows.

C) Rules:- the fights will have to be done in a ring of 7.3 meters approximately

- the rounds will have a duration of three minutes and one minute for each
round

-if a player leans on the ropes in a helpless state will be considered as fallen

D) Equipment :
is used in boxing, boxing gloves, boxing pear, heavy sack, protective equipment, boxing
quadrilateral and without these instruments you can't do boxing

the most important boxing instruments are the boxing gloves, the protective equipment and
the most important thing is the boxing rign
