CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be submitted in
writing. The organisers reserve the right
to charge a cancellation fee of 25% for all
cancellations made after publication of
event details or after Friday April 14 . The

CRANES & FORKLIFTS


For setting up and dismantling purposes
before and after CRT FarmFest, mobile and
slew cranes and various size forklifts will be
made available free of charge to exhibitors for a
limited time at the discretion of the organisers.
Crane and forklift Service will be available
from Thursday June 1 through to Monday June
5 for installation and Friday June 9, Saturday
June 10 and Monday June 12 for dismantling.
Strict time limit of 20 minutes will apply.

The parcel pick-up service is available to all exhibitors who require items to be delivered on behalf of a purchaser, to the parcel pick-up depot
in the Western car park. It will be limited to product that is either too heavy or too difficult to carry. We recommend goods 10kg to 80kg.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be issued with parcel pick-up instructions and dockets in your exhibitor welcome kit.
