ABSTRACT

This report describes the activities that I have done throughout this industrial training

starting from 14th of February 2017 until 28th of July 2017 at Therefore, in order to

complete this program, I have been going through 24 weeks training at Usrah Associates

Agency under Takaful Ikhlas Berhad (TIB). It is one of the takaful consultants agencies,

which is located at No 2-1 & 4-1 Jalan KNMP2, Kompleks Niaga Melaka Perdana, 75450

Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

The general objective of industrial training program by UTeM is to expose student with

the real working environment. This program also allowed student to apply the theory

learned at university in creating and solving real-world problems related to the field of

each specialization. Student will expose to knowledge and the latest technological

developments adopted in the industry. The university can strengthen and foster the

network collaboration with the industry.

Hopefully all the information presented here will satisfy the readers as well could give

benefits to me and the organization itself.

First and Foremost, I would like to praise and thanks to God Almighty for His Blessings

and strength He has granted to me throughout this whole internship period. Next, I would

like to express my gratitude to Usrah Associates for giving me this opportunity to undergo

the management and marketing department at Usrah Associates, Bukit Katil, Melaka.

I express my deepest thanks Mr. Samian, the General Agency Manager. Not to forget,

Mdm. Mahfuza and Miss Nik Hafawati as well as my industrial supervisor for taking part

in useful decision & giving necessary advices and guidance throughout this program. I

choose this moment to acknowledge her contribution gratefully.

Next, I would like to thank to PM. Dr. Ahmad Rozelan Yunus, my UTeM Academic

supervisor for his supervision and concern during the 6 months period of internship. I

perceive as this opportunity as a big milestone in my career development. I will strive to

use gained skills and knowledge in the best possible way, and I will continue to work on

their improvement, in order to attain desired career objectives.
