MOBILIO STANDARD PHYSICAL CHECK

Check the tyres, make sure all the treads are still good (xx mm and the water slides are
visible)
Tyres are supposed to be worn evenly and match - touch the whole surface of tyre to figure
this out
Check the tyres for feathering / bad alignment - common cause is due to poor steering / bad
suspension
Check the paint of the car, esp at the joints. Waviness could indicate repainting
Check the MOBILIO and type and transmisson at the back door
Check the location of signal light which only type G has
Check front bumper - make sure they are not loose
Check rear fin if any - make sure they are not loose
Check the floor and make sure no visible drip / leaks
Check the hoses and belts, they shouldn't have cracks. Radiator hose should not be soft.
Look for dark brown oil stains in the engine block - this indicates leak in the gasket
Check brake fluid and its reservoir ensuring they dont have any leak
Check oil level - with its dipstick
Cek oli transmisi kalau ada - khusus cvt
Check reserve coolant level and main radiator level

Listen to the engine sounds. Pastikan tidak ada suara logam berbenturan
Pastikan tidak ada suara tersendat atau tersengal-sengal. Mesin mobil harus konstan
menyala. Pasang belalai sebelum nyalain mobil
Pedal the gas few times - look for any leak under the hood afterwards. Pastikan tidak ada
rembesan oli atau cairan apapun setelah engine goes to high rpm
Pay attention to the bolts and screw. They have to be holding firm
Nyalakan AC - beberapa tipe yang sudah dicoba fan will quickly turned on when we start A/C
Pastikan A/C terasa dingin dan pastikan second blower kursi tengah menyala dengan baik.
Sebelum mesin dimatikan, pastikan there is no any indicator lights turned on during engine
runs.
Check the exhaust after car is turned back off. Greasy grime and white vapor indicate serious
problem with engine combustion
Check if the tax is about to expire - jika kurang dari 4 bulan harga harus dikurang pajak
