Reliance Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its
meeting held on November 11, 2013, has approved a scheme of merger of Western Region
Transmission (Gujarat) Private Limited (WRTGL) and Western Region Transmission
(Maharashtra) Private Limited (WRTML), wholly owned subsidiaries of Reliance Infrastructure
Limited (Rlnfra) with RInfra, subject to requisite approvals.

(WRTML), wholly owned subsidiaries of Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Rlnfra) with RInfra,
subject to requisite approvals.

transfer.

Reliance Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has on January 24,
2014 acquired 9.5 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Reliance Power Ltd from Reliance
Enterprises and Ventures Private Limited in a bulk deal at the prevailing market price by way of an
inter se transfer.

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company will be held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited
Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month period ended December 31, 2013
(Q3). ( Results on 6th February 2014 )

Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the "Reliance Infrastructure Limited - Code
of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of
the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code
from the closure of business hours of January 29, 2014 to the closure of business hours of
February 07, 2014.
