8. In this matter it is the plaintiff who establishes jurisdiction not the
defendant.
9. The filings of the Plaintiffs did establish the lawful jurisdiction of
this court as the
10. Court of Jurisdiction based on the writings of the Congress of these unio
n States
11. (50) and that point has never been disputed until your Rejection Sheet (8
/11/10) I
12. received on 8/17/10.
13. Furthermore: When I paid to the Clerk of the Court the sum of $125.00 I e
ntered
14. A contract agreement with both the Clerk of the Court and the Judge to he

15. Matter: in other words I am the owner of the Contract not the Defendant.
Whenever
16. Money Exchanges hands you have a contract.
17. Mr. Sanders representing the Corporation: as a government employee: does

18. Represent nor does he have authority to represent non government employee

19. Matter since the IRS is a collections agency: an Incorporation out of the
State of
20. Delaware: and I am not exactly sure: as of yet: can lawfully represent th

21. Unconstitutional Corporation: AKA the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.

23. Constitutional Government: IE: Fraud by trickery: See Title 5 USC
24. When Mr. Sanders stole this case from the SUPERIOR COURT OF THE
25. DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: A TAX COURT: he did so with the intent to fraud
26. the plaintiffs for he immediately began motions: along with the other def
endants:
27. based on the fact this UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT 28.
OF COLUMBIA had no lawful jurisdiction to hear the matter since this court is
a
29. Bankruptcy Court. The objections of the Plaintiff(s) have yet to be ruled
on by the
30. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
31 Mr. Sanders committed fraud against both courts in this matter as well as
the
32. Plaintiffs with the intent to have this matter of tax fraud thrown out un
der false and
33. fraudulent pretence. Mr. Sanders when unlawfully moving this case became
the
34. Plaintiff not the Defendant and failed to lawfully establish the jurisdic
tion of the
35. Court in the process. How much fraud do we the plaintiffs have to contend
with?
