BACKGROUND

Sport is one of the essential activites played by most of people in the world
not only for relaxsation, but also as their job. Various kind of sports are very
famous that the impact is many sport olympics conducted around the world.

In Indonesia, one of the famous olympics is PORDA. It stands for Pekan

Olahraga Daerah. It is the annual event of olympic in Indonesia. Many people
compete in various sports like basket ball, table tennis, swimming, etc.
PORDA implemented in every Province in Indonesia. In West Java, the name
of this competition is PORDA Jawa Barat XIII/2018.

One of the sports that is quite famous in PORDA is futsal. Futsal

tournament is divided into two categories, male and female, with the
limination age for the player is younger than 20 years old.

Before the main event of PORDA held, there is quakification round that
will be held before. This round named BK-PORDA (Babak Kualifikasi
PORDA). Many teams will compete to get the ticket to be able to compete in
PORDA Jawa Barat XIII/2018. It means that only the strongest team can
compete in PORDA Jawa Barat XIII/2018.

Cimahis female futsal team named Futsal Putri Kota Cimahi will be
participated in BK-PORDA Jawa Barat XIII/2018 as the delegation of
Cimahi. Cimahi is one of the cities in West Java, Indonesia located next to
Bandung City. With a bunch of achievement, we hope that Futsal Putri Kota
Cimahi will be adequate enough to pass BK-PORDA and compete in PORDA
Jawa Barat XIII/2018.

 Cimahis Futsal Association named Asosiasi Futsal Kota Cimahi
(AFKOT) will delegate two futsal teams for each male and female category.
Female futsal team of Cimahi consists of 20 players, 2 coaches and 7
officials.

The number of team that will get the ticket for PORDA Jawa Barat
XIII/2018 is only 12 out of 36 teams from the delegation of each
cities/disticts in West Java. 11 teams are the strongest teams in
qualification round, and the district of Bogor as the host of PORDA Jawa
Barat XIII/2018 will get the wild ticket to PORDA Jawa Barat XIII/2018.

REGULATIONS OF REGISTRATION

Submit the participation letter.

Submit the athletes and officials requirements.
Do the Screening for the players.
Complete the competitions administration in accordance
with the regulations.

REGULATIONS FOR PLAYERS (SCREENING)

Show and sumbit the active ID card and 4 photographs (3x4

centimeters).
Show and sumbit players school reports and certificate
starts from primary school until senior high school.
Show and sumbit family and birth certificates.
The birth date of players are at/later than January 1st, 1997.

 We hope that our plan will get fully supports from Cimahis Futsal
Association (AFKOT) for the realization of the development of Womens
Futsal Team of Cimahi.

To realize our hope that mentioned before, Our intention is to get

support in the form of material and non-material. Therefore, we are asking
for financial support from Cimahis Futsal Association (AFKOT) so that the
plan can be realized well.

To introduce womens futsal team of Cimahi in West Javas
futsal competition .

 PROFILE OF CIMAHIS WOMEN FUTSAL TEAM

As the follow-up of Cimahis Futsal Association (AFKOT)s plenum

related to PORDA and AFP CUP, Cimahis Futsal Teams have been
reformed in 2016 divided to female and male category. Cimahis Futsal
teams were out of bussiness due to the discharge of PSSI several years ago.
PSSI is a Football Association in Indonesia.

With 20 players and 7 officials, Womens Futsal Team of Cimahi

started the routine practices on April 2016 and has been practicing until
now. In the same year, Womens Futsal Team of Cimahi was participating
in futsal tournament named AFP Jawa Barat 2016. This event took place in
GOR ITB Jatinangor, West jawa as the venue test of PON JABAR XIX
(next step of PORDA).

Now, futsal tournament of AFP Jawa Barat is the annual event

implemented by FFI (Futsal Federation of Indonesia). The renewal player
of Cimahis women futsal team happened as the impact of new regulation of
AFP Jawa Barat that requires the limitation age for the players that are 20
years old or younger.

 Cimahis Women Futsal Team does the routine training every
Tuesday and Friday at Mts/Ma Asih Puteras Futsal Court located in
Jalan M. Daeng Ardiwinata 199 Cimahi and does the physical training at
Gasibu Running Track Bandung every Saturday.

Even though formed only two years ago, Womens Futsal Team of
Cimahi has succed to get two achievements, the 3rd place of AFP Jawa
Barat 2016 and 4th place of AFP Jawa Barat 2017. We had beaten many
delegation teams from cities and districts in West Jawa.
