This recipe sheet is a tool to be used in the restaurants. It aids development of new starters and can
be used as reference to make sure that we are always delivering Pizza in Style! It is recommended
that you print off and laminate appropriate pages and keep them in your kitchen/dessert areas.
Each dish is listed in sections, in alphabetical order and every ingredient is written in the order of
how the food is made. The appropriate weights and measures follow the How To Card recipes.
All the new menu items and tweaks to recipes appear with a grey background.
