TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The
rE carrier does not guarantee the time of transit, delivery time of goods and has a right of deviate from the route of their description.
2. All goods are accepted subject to our conditions which are exhibited full & available at any of our offices.
3. The carrier their agent shall be exempt for any loss or damage through pilferage, accident from the collision or any other road or river or has and or default of the
staff/driver/labors or agent of the company.
4. No intimation will be given to the consignee about arrival of goods, it is consignors duty to enquire about the arrival particulars of goods.
5. The Consignor making a false declaration a to the content description qualities of the Goods carried will be held liable for any damage which carrier may sustain has
result of such declaration consignor will therefore declare his goods correctly and take every precaution to company with Government Regulation in force for time to
time. The carrier will not be responsible for any goods declared contraband confiscated by the government Authority.
6. All liquid, oil, glass, hinawear, fruits, vegetable, and fragile house hold and furniture goods shall be carrier at owners risk only.
7. Unless otherwise declared the value of the goods shall be Rs 1-100 per kg.
8. Demurrage at Rs.0.30Ps.Per.Kg.per day shall be charged after 7 days of the arrival of the goods at destination up to the time of collection by consignee.
9. The consigned hereby expressly declares that the above participants furnished by him or his agent are correct are No Prohibited articles are included and he is aware
of the conditions of the carries.
10. (A) the company reserves the right to withheld delivery of the consignment of recovered the freight old dues and other charges.
(B) The Co-reserves the right to shell the goods after 30 days of arrival of goods at destination to realis it dues.

11. Our Transport do not undertake the responsibility for re-booking of the goods consigned through them to any destination.

12. All Causes arising out of shall within the jurisdiction of court in AP.
