Operating mechanism
Clean mechanical links (do NOT grease)
Inspection
Inspection of auxiliaries (weldings, triggers, motors, )
Inspection of lockings
Inspection of latching system
Inspection of earthing interlock disconnector operating mechanism
Inspection of operating mechanism electrical connections (tightening, fixing), microcontacts
Busbar compartment
Inspection of enclosure (chalking, cracking, signs of heating)
Inspection of busbars (signs of heating, thightening)
Inspection of isolators (chalking, signs of heating)
Inspection of earth disconnector (cluster strength / tightening, mechanical operation)
Connection / switchgear compartment
Inspection of enclosure (chalking, cracking, signs of heating)
inspection of cables (chalking, heating signs) & connections (tightening, fixing)

Inspection of clusters contact pressure
Clean / inspection of Volt Trans (chalking, cracking, signs of heating)

Inspection of MV fuses
Inspection of fuses fixing
Inspection of fuse caliber, general status (chalking, color, cracking, corrosion)
Inspection of clusters contact pressure
Tests
Check mechanical / electrical operation of operating mechanism
Check electrical opening/closing of disconnector / contactor / circuit-breaker
Check fuse disconnection system
Reassembly
Fix covers (LV Control cabinet, Operating mechanism cabinet)
Fusibles
