(Topic: Benefits of recycling waste)

Recycling is described as handing out of used waste. Recycling is becoming more and
more popular nowadays as individuals are turning out to be more environmentally aware on the
impact of waste to natural environment. We need to keep on recycling to keep our planet a safe
place to stay. There are essentially three benefits of recycling waste which are, saves the energy,
reduces garbage in landfills and also minimizes deforestation.

2. Choose of the topics given and write a conclusion.

(Topic: Effects of global warming to the environment)

In conclusion, it is our responsibilities to protect our Earth and control our activities in
order to reduce the global warming. Effects like ocean acidification, rising of sea water level and
changes of climate and weather will affect our environment and even our health if we do not
pay enough attention to our Earth. So, we must stay aware to avoid global warming to keep our
Earth safe and healthy to live.
3. Choose one of the topics and write one of the points for the body of the essays.

(Topic: Benefits of health education programmes)

In addition, health education programmes build students' knowledge, skills, and positive
attitudes about health. Health education teaches about physical, mental, emotional and social
health. It motivates students to improve and maintain their health, prevent disease, and reduce
risky behaviors. Numerous studies have shown that healthier students tend to do better in
school. They have higher attendance, better grades, and perform better on tests. So, it is legit
that health education programmes help students in improving knowledge, skills and great
attitudes about health.

4. Choose one of the topic and write an expository essay. (Topic: Eating Disorders)

Eating disorders are illnesses that are characterized by irregular eating habits that can
take up to years to recover from. It can develop during any stage in life but typically appear during
the teen years. Major life changes, sports and low self-esteem can cause teens to have eating
disorders.

Major life changes can trigger an eating disorder. Changes such as moving to a new state,
breaking up with a boyfriend and a death in the family can contribute to eating disorders because
it can make the person turn to food or turn away from it. These changes considered contributing
factors because they usually cause depression.

Sports are one of the reasons that also lead to eating disorders. Athletes tried to maintain
or lose weight to stay in shape. In order to maintain their weight, most of them eat less and they
over exercise to keep them in shape.

Another reason has to do with low self-esteem. An individual with eating disorder
typically suffers from a body image disturbance because they think that in order to be beautiful,
they must be thin and slender. That is why they force themselves to starve to make them feel
better.
To sum up, we need to stay aware of eating disorders signs and warnings. It is true that
major life changes, sports and low self-esteem can lead people to eating disorders. We need to
support people with weight problems and not make them feel guilty about how they look.
