STAGE REQUIREMENTS
The City of Richardson provides a stage (20 x 24), sound system, electricity and risers (if requested). Performers are
responsible for instruments, instrument cables, instrument/music stands, and backline. All accompany music must be
provided on a laptop, iPhone or iPad. If your stage requirements are more complex (for example, a musical group using
a variety of instruments and vocal microphones), please provide a stage plot with your application.

(1) Santas Village, unless explicitly cancelled by the City of Richardson is a rain or shine outdoor event.
(2) Please notify dianna.lawrence@cor.gov any changes to this application and / or if for any reason a scheduled performance
must be modified or cancelled.
(3) We strive to accommodate your preferred date / time request, and your stage setup requirements, as best as possible, while
also considering nightly stage logistics. Assigned performance times will be confirmed via email to the applicant.
