Volleyball teams
season ends at Apollo

The #9-seeded Becker


Volleyball teams season
came to an end Wednesday
night with a loss to #8-
seeded St. Cloud Apollo in
the first round of the 8AAA
section playoffs.
The final scores were
20-25, 16-25, 23-25.
Apollo moves on to
play #1-seed Willmar. Big
Lake was seeded #11 and
lost their first round match
to Brainerd, 3-0.
The Bulldogs ended
their season with a confer-
ence record of 6-4-0, earn-
ing them a third place
finish. Their overall record

third, just missing out on a trip to the state meet as a team
by nine points.
At the Section 8AA cross country meet Alli Hen-
drickson qualified for the state cross country meet, plac-
