1. Certified that I have satisfied myself about the jurisdiction for the grant of overtime
allowance in the case.
2. Certified that the employee concerned did not received and will not be allowed any other
remuneration conveyance charge, compensatory leave for the performance of the above
overtime work.
3. Certified that the orders of the competent authority for attending officer of Sunday,
second Saturday and of holiday a claiming OTA in lieu of compensatory leave were
obtained in advance and that it was not feasible to grant compensatory leave for
attendance on such Sunday, Second Saturday or holidays.
4. Certified that the overtime allowance work has performed by the employee concerned
during the time mentioned above and that the nature of work was actually performed
during the overtime hours was the same as authorized by the competent authority.
5. Certified that it was not feasible for allow the employee to leave office early

actual sitting beyond normal working hours.
