This establishment was closed for presenting an imminent health hazard and the following violations:

1. There is insufficient capacity in the facility to hold potentially hazardous foods at 41 F or below.
2. Food is being thawed in the handwashing sink.
3. Dead cockroaches have not beed removed from light fixtures.
4. Exterior surfaces of cooking equipment are dirty. (Back and sides of the grill/fryer.)
5. The person in charge is not ensuring that persons unnecessary to the food establishment
operation are not allowed in the food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. (Children
in the service area.)

7. The 3-compartment sink faucet is leaking.

18. Cooked chicken skewers are being held at 51F in a reach-in cooler.
19. Tofu is being held at 47 F in the make table.
20. The reach-in is unable to hold potentially hazardous food at or below 41 F.
21. One make-table is being held at 57 F. Another is at 47 F.
22. An employee did not wash hands between clean and dirty tasks.
23. An employee did not wash hands before putting on gloves.
24. Noodles are stored on raw shell eggs in the reach-in.
25. Raw beef is stored in contact with limes.
