Project Title: Free Wifi secured with Q.R Code

Business Need:

Wireless fidelity is a wireless connection that enables the users to access the
information from the different sites. For the past years some public schools are using a
limited size of load just to sustain the need of both students and teachers. A slow
connection can be the reason why the users cannot reach the sites containing private
and educational information that sustain their needs.

The SKSU-Isulan Campus from the start is a public institution that uses a free
internet connection, In between there are also a secured internet connection subject for
private access of different departments. The recent time the organizational population
has been increase. In fact, SKSU is a center of excellence the population of students
has been doubled especially from the college of Computer Studies. It is problem for the
slow internet connection, although it is a privilege it is limited. In addressing that
problem we are proposing a project named Free Wifi secured by Q.R code, where in the
individual user that is involved from the said organization can access the internet faster.

Project Objectives Improving the quality of education through the use of technology
help the students acquire work skills, knowledge and information, and a work ethic
towards a better development. In the development of these projects the following
objectives were considered:

1. To help the organization improve their services among the users.

2. Deliver persistent services among the users.
3. To enhance the accuracy of connection.
4. Improve the quality of education through the use of reliable internet connection.
5. To develop in the stakeholders an Enlighted commitment to the technological
advancement by developing an IT project.
6. To attain these objectives the said project has the following features:
o The material use in the proposed Project follows the standard Quality.
o The propose project has a personalize Q.R code that is systematically
forward for all the users.
Project Team:

The project manager (Steve Esteva) is responsible for the management of the
project. The project manager will have authority for the project, including staff.

The Design Manager (Daniel Loria) is responsible for project design, prototype.
The Business manager (Jomar Paniagua) oversees business issues, approval of
the said project.
