Produksi Baju
Sebuah pabrik kecil di Bali membuat pakaian. Seorang penjahit dari suku
Jawa bekerja di pabrik. Dia bernama Mitra. Dia bekerja bersama Raini
sebagai sebuah regu. Raini membuat desain dan Mitra secara teknis
menterjemahkan rancangan itu kedalam pola-pola. Bahan yang digunakan
hampir semuanya dari bahan alami.
Mitra dan Raini menggunakan berbagai teknik untuk menggarap materi
itu.

At my point of you, education in Indonesia is still far from what we


expect. Not all of our people can go to school, especially poor people.
Consequently, so many people cant read. It is our duty to find solution so
that everyone can have access to education, regardless of their economic
problems. Compulsory education is on solution, but we still need other
efforts.

Belajar adalah proses perolehan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap, atau

bentuk potensi sikap. Potensi sikap ini menjelaskan sikap yang mungkin
terjadi atas seorang individu (bukan sikap saat sekarang) dalam suatu
situasi tertentu dalam rangka mencapai suatu tujuan. Tapi potensi saja
tidak cukup. Jika proses belajar ini tidak diperkuat secara periodik tidak
cukup. Jika proses belajar ini tidak diperkuat secara periodik, belajar
menjadi semakin dangkal, dan secara bertahap hilang dari orang itu.

Perubahan jangka pendek dalam potensi tingkah laku seperti kecemasan


tidak dianggap sebagai belajar. Beberapa perubahan jangka panjang dan
potensi tingkah laku merupakan hasil dari bertambahnya usia dan
perkembangan daripada hasil belajar.

Belajar adalah suatu yang bermakana yang dapat digunakan untuk


mencapai tujuan.

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar untuk membantu terjadina belajar. Fungsi utama
mengajar adalah menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif, mendukung, dan
aman. Pengelolaan lingkungan bekajar secara total untuk membantu meningkatkan
dan memberikan motivasi belajar merupakan suatu peralihan paradigma dari fokus
terhadap mengajar ke fokus terhadap belajar

Learning is a process of aquiring knowledge, skills, atittudes, or values. It happens


through study, experience, or teaching. Learning results in a chnge of behaviour. So
we can learn when we are teachin, if our teaching activities cause changes of our
behavior.
Education, on the other hand, is an attempt to promote learning. Teaching is an
activity to create learning environment so that learning can possibly takes place.

unbelievable. How can one learn if there is no teaching him?, without somebody else
to promote learning?, can you?, i cant . learning needs to be facilitated to occur

1. Compulsory education is a must. Without education, children will not have


their future. Unfortunetely, so many children cannot attend the school
because they come from low income families. On the other hand, the future
of our nation will depend on our children. Without educated children, our
nation will not be able to survive in the world competition.
