Sec.-4, Airoli. Navi Mumbai 400708 as on rent basis (With our mutual understanding we have
Rent Agreement as per the rules & regulations of contract between a landlord and a tenant)

Please note that, She (Smt. Usha) had paid Security deposit and pays rent regularly on monthly
basis and as per the our mutual understanding, we are doing 50% - 50% sharing for Electricity
Bill and Water Bill.
