EVENING PROGRAMS
ADMISSION 2017-18
Applications are invited for admission to the following programs. All eligibility requirements must be met.

1. MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (MPA- 18 Years)

FOR MID CAREER PROFESSIONALS / EXECUTIVES OF PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Eligibility Requirements
I. Relevant Master Degree/BS 4 years in Management or Equivalent with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after 16 years of education
III. Who have already passed the 2017 (Morning/Afternoon) IAS entry test need to apply again however their previous
test score may be considered if they dont wish to improve in the test again. Only latest test score will be considered

2. MS HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT(MSHR-18 Years )

Eligibility Requirements
I. Relevant Master Degree/BS 4 years in Management or Equivalent with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after 16 years of education
III. Who have already passed the 2017 (Morning/Afternoon) IAS entry test need to apply again however their previous
test score may be considered if they dont wish to improve in the test again. Only latest test score will be considered.

3. MS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (MSHA- 18 Years)

Eligibility Requirements
I. M.B.B.S. / BDS / D. Pharm or 16 years of education in Health related disciplines with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after 16 years of education
III. Who have already passed the 2017 (Morning/Afternoon) IAS entry test need to apply again however their previous
test score may be considered if they dont wish to improve in the test again. Only latest test score will be considered

4. MASTER OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (MHRM)

Eligibility Requirements
I. Graduation (14 years) with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after graduation.

5. MASTER OF MARKETING (MMKT)

Eligibility Requirements
I. Graduation (14 years) with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after graduation
III. Equivalence Certificate*
6. MASTER OF HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (MHA)
Eligibility Requirements
I. BS in Nursing or equivalent disciplines with at-least second division
II. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years work experience after graduation
III. Equivalence Certificate*

*Equivalence Certificate
Candidates with graduation from a university other than the University of the Punjab must produce an Equivalence
Certificate at the time of submission of application forms. Equivalence Certificate is issued by the University of the Punjab
Equivalence Cell (Admin Block)
Admission Procedure
Admission will be based on academic performance, nature/duration of work experience, written assessment and panel
interview. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
Admission Schedule
Prospectus / Admission Form shall be available at IAS Reception from Oct 16, 2017 (Mon-Fri 9am-9pm)
Last date of submission of application Oct 27, 2017 (till 9pm)
Written Test shall be held on Oct 29, 2017 at IAS (10:00am)
Interview Schedule shall be displayed on IAS Notice Board on Nov 03, 2017 (at 6pm)

Applications submitted without Equivalence Certificate shall not be considered. The Institute reserves the right to
cancel admission to any of the above programs at any stage. The decision of Admission Committee will be final.
Note: All Programs will be started / offered subject to filling of minimum number of seats.
