Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for taking the time to review my resume, I am highly interested in the available position with
your organization. I believe that I would be a good candidate for your Prevention Specialist position I am
self-motivated, a team player and I have lots of inter-personal skills. I have worked with people of all
walks of life and I feel that my past experiences were for a purpose. That purpose was for such a time as
this with your organization, I have the experience and the training and I am working on my education. I
am entering my last semester at UNCP of Social work. I will be participating in an on the job internship
with Grace Court during the day in this August and working my regular 2nd shift schedule. I have
managed to balance both my position as a Behavioral Health Technician at Grace Court and my education
goals for more than two years. It took dedication, motivation and the preservation to want to achieve
success to get to this point. All I need now is the opportunity to showcase my true skills, I have learned a
great deal in my current position. It has prepared me well in what to do and what not to do; and now I
want to exhibit my skills and show that I can be of service even the more. I respectfully say I hope I get
that opportunity and once again thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Felicia A. Williams, current BHT Future NC Social Worker
