The Florida Learning Disabilities Research Center,

funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National


Institute of Child Health and Human Development,
is designed to broaden the scientific and practical
understanding of learning disabilities and co-
occurring conditions.

This Center brings


together world-renowned
scientists from the
nation's top universities
and research labs to
explore the cognitive,
linguistic,
neurobiological, and
genetic mechanisms of
reading, writing, and
mathematics.

The Florida Learning Disabilities Research Center consists of six projects,


each examining a different aspect of learning disabilities.
