DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

Commencement Date refers the date agreed by the concern sides in writing or detailed in the Specification, on which
the provision of the Services is to start.

APPOINTMENT
In harmony with the policies including, when on whichever premises of the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary or on
whichever other premises where it works alongside the (side B)s or whichever Beneficiarys staff, whichever racial
discrimination and equal opportunities policies, rules, procedures and the quality standards of the (side B) and
whichever Beneficiary as amended from time to time.

PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
If the Specification provides for performance of the Services in stages, the (side A) undertakes to perform the
Services in strict compliance with the timetable for stages as provided in the Specification.

DELIVERABLES
whichever dispute as to whether the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary has exercised its right to reject whichever
Deliverable reasonably shall be resolved by the Dispute Resolution Procedure;

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
During the Contract Period, the Authorized Officer may inspect and examine the provision of the Services being
carried out at the Location with no notice at whichever time. The (side A) shall provide to the (side B) all such facilities
as the (side B) may require for such inspection and examination.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary and the (side A), within -___ days of the
end of each calendar month, the (side A) shall invoice the (side B) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary for
whichever Services provided by the (side A) in that calendar month.

CONTRACT PERIOD
The (side B) may, by notice in writing, extend the Contract Period, provided that the said notice shall have been given
to the (side A) no later than ____ weeks before the end of the Contract Period.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides
