______________), The two concern sides have agreed on circumstances which are stated below:

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

1.) The rectification, repair or service or maintenance of products, plant, machinery or other equipment; the supply, storage,
assembly or packing of raw materials, components or partly manufactured or finished products; quality control, testing or certification
of whichever person.

2.) The possession of the (side A) and includes whichever expression of opinion about an individual and whichever indication of the
intentions of the (side A) in respect of an individual.

3.) Unless the contrary is stated references to Clauses shall mean the Clauses of these listed legal conditions.

GUIDANCE NOTES FOR NHS STAFF

1.) The (side A) understands that the NHS collaborative procurement organization might be the body which negotiates with them.
However, the NHS collaborative procurement organization will only be legally responsible for whichever contract placed when they
have entered into the contract for themselves.

2.) This clause also provides that although the beneficiaries and the third side beneficiaries have civil liberties under the contract,
their consent is not needed for the concern sides to the contract to change or withdraw whichever provision.

3.) The Contracts civil liberties of Third concern sides Act ____ allows, in certain circumstances, third concern sides to a contract to
enforce terms in their own right. This clause provides that each of the beneficiaries and the third side beneficiaries may enforce the
terms of the contract but that no other third concern sides have whichever civil liberties under the ____ Act.

CLAUSES
1.) Clauses ____ and ____ are important as they deal with liabilities. Clause ____ provides that the (side B) has no liability to a third
side beneficiary in relation to the third side beneficiarys use of the contract or whicheverthing the (side A) does or fails to do.

2.) Clause ____ provides that the third side beneficiary will be legally responsible for and will cover the (side B) against whichever
loss caused by the third side beneficiary either directly to the (side B) or via a claim against the (side B) by the (side A) or
whicheverone else for whicheverthing which is the third side beneficiarys fault. Further protection for the (side B) is given by clause
____, which stops the (side A) from suing the (side B) along with the third side beneficiary if it is suing that third side beneficiary for
whichever breach.

3.) Clause ____ allows the (side B) to suspend a third side beneficiarys right to use the contract if there is a dispute Involves the
(side B) and that third side beneficiary or Involves the (side A) and the third side beneficiary, until that dispute is resolved.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
