Sub: Supervision and monitoring of re-verification of 10 associations already recognized by
Ministry of I&B on 06.03.2013 as well as considering fresh application submitted by another
group of employees who wishes to be recognized under CCS (RSA) Rules, 1993.

Reference this Secretariat letter of even No. dated 06.10.2017 regarding re-verification
of membership of 10 associations earlier recognized by Ministry of I&B on 06.03.2013 as well
as considering fresh application submitted by another group of employees who wishes to be
recognized under CCS (RSA) Rules, 1993.

2. Aforesaid course of action should be processed in a time-bound manner and complete

within six months. Accordingly, a time-frame has been decided for strict compliance of DoP&T
instructions issued vide O.M. No. 2j13j98-JCA dated 24.05.2001 on the same which is
tabulated as under:

3. For supervision and monitoring the entire process for timely completion of action in
the prescribed time frame , it has been decided to nominate two Nodal Officers in the
respective Directorate as under:

i) Nodal Officer in DG:AIR Sh. Satyajeet Mishra, ADG(Admn), DG:AIR

ii) Nodal Officer in DG:Doordarshan Sh. P.A.Naidu, ADG(Admn), DG:Doordarshan

4. This issues with the approval of Chief Executive Officer, Prasar Bharati.
