Duties:
Peter Gonzlez This person is managing the fashion coordination and the promotional activities.
PROMOTIONAL MANAGER He is also coordinating with vendors, designers and manufacturers and
supervising subordinate employees. He is creating direct contact with merchants,
distributors and clientele using a variety of communication methods. He is good
working under pressure, using good judgment and communicating clearly with
team members and clients.
Duties:
Mnica Mantilla She is creating effective marketing plans and advertising strategies. She is
MARKETING DIRECTOR involve in public relations. Increasing awareness of the brand, making publicity
and creating advertising campaigns. She is examinating costumers interests,
exploring what the competition offers, supervising marketing staff, creating
pricing policies and providing input about customers demands during product
development.
Duties:
Laura Otero This person has all the knowledge about the techniques of making clothes and
MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR the proper use of the machines. She is fabricating all the time and also
supervising the work of the production team. She is concentrating in the quality
of the details and the characteristics of design codes, fabrics and more. Her job
entail sewing, mending and altering clothes and garments made from various
fabrics. She is crocheting, baste stitching, hand sewing, petit pointing, tatting,
hemming and hand beading.
Duties:
Andrea Naranjo She is determinating how is the best way to represent a concept visually. She is
ART DIRECTOR - STYLING developing the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign,
or a theater, television, or film set. She is supervising design staff, reviewing and
approving designs, artwork, photography, and graphics. Also, she is coordinating
activities with other artistic and creative departments, developing detailed budgets
and timelines, looking for every little thing. She is listening and speaking with staff
and clients, ensuring that they understand employees ideas and clients desires.
She is always innovating with ideas, organizing, directing, and motivating the
others.
Duties:
Felipe Ocampo He is planning and organizing events such as fashion shows, fashion week
EVENT PLANNER parties, store openings, product launches, trade shows and sample sales. He is
finding and preparing a venue for the events, ensuring the venue has appropriate
facilities, such as changing rooms in the case of a fashion show. He is hiring staff
to ensure that everything needed is to specifications and on time. His job does not
end with the start of the event. During the event, he is ensuring everything is going
according to schedule.
Duties:
Sebastin Crdenas This person is possessing high levels of technical knowledge and interpersonal
AUDIOVISUAL DIRECTOR skills, hiring, training and overseeing employees and setting up and using various
types of equipment, including cameras, microphones, projectors, and monitors.
He is organizing schedule productions and purchasing new equipment, setting up
and breaking down audio-visual equipment, building relationships, finding new
clients, managing client billing and invoicing, keeping up to date on new technology
and equipment as it's introduced to the market, and renting additional equipment
necessary for events. He is taking photos, taking videos, providing visuals and
sound systems, deciding on story ideas and themes
