he autumn has arrived and summer is about to pass,
thus, we wish our readers a very happy cool autumn.
Together we are having a wonderful 2017 for which
we heartily appreciate our readers, well-wisher for
making Accreditor Magazine a successful one published early
this year.
Lets start with a quote Without change, there is no innovation,
creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate
change will have a better opportunity to manage the change
that is inevitable by William Pollard. This quote is very much
applicable to the companies that have done the best over the
long haul as those are the most creative and innovative. These
are those organizations that dont actually copy what others do;
they may use some innovative ideas from others as a springboard
to come up with unique services and products.

As I m talking about ongoing transformation, we cannot leave

and teachers. Therefore, in the technology corner, I decided to
discuss on how the technological innovation has evolved our
lives. The main focus of the article is Can Technology Ever
Replace Great Teaching? Furthermore, we will debate about the
importance of technology in education and the importance of a
teacher in the students life.

school is featured. This article will elaborate the strategies that
should be implemented in the classroom environment to manage

I really want my readers to learn something different from this

discussed, what ADHD is and how to teach and manage
students suffering from it. As for graduate students, I have
discussed the most common concerns every fresh graduate is
facing; the frustration of finding their first job after college and

From my early age, my thoughts drove me to work towards education and the
betterment of education standards that enrich the lives of the students. It was
a privilege for me to be an Evaluation Commissioner for International

Remember! Your approaches can be rejected. The students
may be testing you to see how committed you really are to
grow the relationship. They may not welcome any casual
conversation with you because it is easier for them to deal
with a conflict than a relationship of trust.
Give your time spontaneously and expect none in return; in
time with persistence, your reward can be a positive associa-
tion that might astonish others.

Don't just get down, get way down!
It is often said that getting down to the eye level of the student is
important when appraising or penalizing them. This can often be
understood as leaning over the students rather than standing
over them or sitting down very next to them. Most of the
academic specialists observed that teachers who believe that
they are at the eye level of the student still demand the student
to look up at them. Teachers who do this know that squatting
down lower than eye level is not weak but assertive and confident
physical language.
When you are delivering penalties there is very low chance of an
aggressive reaction, and when appreciating, you can generate a
more private space in the room. If you are in an open space and
want to speak to the students standing at the other side of the
room, make sure you double the private space that you permit
the student or stand alongside with him or her to have a similar
effect.

students as they arrive or leave are compounded by the
confusion of where the teachers power lies. Yet, just as you can
cultivate a positive environment in the classroom by standing at
the door greeting students or reinforcing positive behavior at the
end of the lesson, so you have an impact at the school gates.
Remember! Students can read your physical and verbal language
as they pass; if you are confident, calm, positive, gentle, smiling
and can fortify students who are following the rules and
regulations, it will eventually set the right tone.
Your behavior has the greatest impact on how safe your students
feel. It may not be a good thing to try and challenge every
incident of negative behavior immediately and in public.

With the emergence of the interactive whiteboard and use of
technology for teaching, many classrooms are returning to
students in rows with the teachers desk at the front and in the
corner. Many years back the classroom was organized for the
student to see blackboard, now technology has substituted chalk
and blackboard but the difficulties of inflexible classroom
configurations remain same.
When designing the outline of your room you also want to reflect
the management of behavior. With students in rows and the
teachers sitting beside their desk, there are many hiding spaces
for students to escape to. If you cannot get to students promptly
and easily then the schoolroom becomes a field where

perceive.

divide can easily develop into a psychological one.

Like establishing a LinkedIn Profile and blog is important, it is believed that it is never too early to start getting internships. According
to a survey, students are aware of the value of internships but they are falling to land them. 85% of the students said that they believe
having an internship is either important or very important for their career, 52% said that they wish to have 3 or even more months
internship before graduating. However, only 40% had done at least one internship after graduating.

I was born in Bangalore, in Pali district, Rajasthan. I have done my schooling
