STUDENTS IN CLASSES X AND XI AT SMA NEGERI 1 CILILIN

ABSTRACT

Background : Every person will experience growth period from time to time, from
baby to baby being under five years of age and maturity of the child. The
transition from child to adulthood will pass through adolescence. At the age of
their teens going through the age of menarche, age at the time the first time get
the menstruation. At the time of experiencing menstruation does little teenagers
who experience painful menstruation or dysmenorrhea. Painful menstruation is
usually give a fairly prolonged pain relief effect.
Aims of research : This research aims to find out the relationship or painful
menstruation dysmenorrhea with learning activities of the student in the class X
and XI SMA Negeri 1 cililin.
Research Method : This research includes research descriptive research design
cross correlation with cross-sectional. In this study population amounted to 339
grad, where the population is class X and XI SMA Negeri 1 Cililin who've
experienced menstruation and menstrual pain when having the experience.
Determination of the sample in this study by univariate and analyzed by bivariate
using chi square statistical tests with table 3 X 2.
Research Result : Based on the analysis of the obtained that most 70%
experienced respondents 38.3 heavy pain intensity during menstruation and as
many as 107 respondents learning activities disrupted 58.5% when subjected to
produce menstrual p value = 0,004.
Conclution and Sugestion : This research can be inferred that the painful
menstruation dysmenorrhea and study activities have a significant relationship
with the p value = 0,004 & lt; 0.05. The results of this research can provide
information on the expected at the party school to pay more attention to the
conditions of learners in the treatment of painful menstruation in order not to
disturb the activities of learning.
