FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN ISPA PADA BALITA DI
PUSKESMAS LEUWIGAJAH KECAMATAN CIMAHI SELATAN TAHUN 2012

ABSTRAK
LatarBelakang :Infeksisaluranpernafasanakut ( ISPA )
merupakansalahsatupenyebabkematianterseringpadaanak di Negara berkembang. Sedangkan
data yang diperolehdaridinaskesehatan Kota Cimahi, laporankasuspenyakituntukpenderita ISPA
di Kota CimahiTahun 2011 khususnyapuskesmasleuwigajahKecamatanCimahi Selatan penderita
ISPA padabalitaberjumlah 826 balita ( 21,5 % )
TujuanPenulisan :Untukmengetahuifaktor faktor yang berhubungandengankejadian ISPA
padabalita di PuskesmasLeuwigajahKecamatanCimahi Selatan padatahun 2012 meliputi status
Gizi, AsiEkslusif, dan status Imunisasi.
MetodePenelitian :Metodeanalitikdenganpendekatancross sectional study.
Penelitianinimengunakansampelbalitaberusia 1-5 tahun di
PuskesmasLeuwigajah.Jumlahsampelsebanyak 90
balitadenganpenentuansampelmengunakannon random (no probability) sampling
denganmetode quota sampling. Pengumpulan data
dalampenelitianinidianalisissecaraunivariatdanbivariatdenganmenggunakanuji statistic chi-
square.
HasilPenelitian : dari 90 respondenterdapat 2 (2.2%) berstatusgiziburuk, 12 (13.3%)
gizikurangdan 76 (84.4%) gizi. 24 (26.7%) berstatusimunisasitidaklengkapdan 66 (73.3%)
imunisasiimunisasilengkap. 46 (51.1%) tidakmendapatkan ASI ekslusifdan 44 (48.9%) ekslusif.
Terdapathubungan status gizikejadian ISPA (P value = 0,0001),
terdapathubunganimunisasidengankejadian ISPA ( P Value = 0,025 ) ,
tidakterdapathubunganantaraAsiekslusifdengankejadian ISPA (P value = 0,210).
SimpulanDan Saran:sebagaibesarrespondemberstatusgizibaik,
setengahdarirespondentidakmendapatkan ASI
eskslusifdanlebihdarisebagianbesarrespondendenganstarusimunisasilengkap.
Penelitianinidiharapkan agar
petugaskesehatansecaraintensifmemberikanpenyuluhankepadaibubalitatentang status gizi,
pemberianAsiesklusifdanpentingnyaimunisasi

FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH AN OCCURRENCE IN TODDLERS ACUTE UPPER

RESPIRATORY INFECTION (AURI) IN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTRE OF LEUWIGAJAH
SUB-DISTRICTS CIMAHI SELATAN2012.

Background :Acute Upper Respiratory Infection (AURI) is one of the leading causes of death
are often in children in developing countries. Whereas data obtained from Cimahi, health
services report cases of illness to sufferers of respiratory viruses in Cimahi 2011 especially
LeuwigajahCimahi Selatan Sub-district health center of sufferers of respiratory viruses in
toddlers amounted to 826 (21.5%).
Purpose :The writer would like to know factor that deals with the occurrence Acute Upper
Respiratory Infection (AURI) in toddlers in public health centre of leuwigajah sub-district of
cimahiselatan in 2012, includes the status of nutrition breast-fed exclusive, and the status of
immunization.
Methods: The analytic method by approach cross sectional study. This research use samples
toddler was 1-5 years in Public Health Center. The number of samples 90 toddlers with
determination samples use non- random (no probability) sampling by method quotas sampling.
Data in research this analyzed in univariateand bivariate and by using test statistic chi-square.
Result: It found that from 90 respondents there are 2 (2.2 %) status malnourished 12 ( 13.3 % )
malnutrition and 76 ( 84.4 % ) nutrition. 24 (26.7%) status immunization incomplete and 66 (
73.3 % ) immunization complete. 46 (51.1 %) not getting breast-fed exclusive and 48.9 ( 44 % )
exclusive. There are relations nutrition status with URI case( p value = 0.0001 ), there are
relations immunization with AURI case ( p value = 0,025 ), there was no correlation between
breast-fed exclusive with URI ( p value = 0,210 ).
Conclusion and suggestion: As large respondents nutrition status good, half of respondents
not getting breast-fed exclusive and more of mostly respondents status with immunization
complete. Research is expected for health officers intensively giving counseling to mother
toddlers about nutrition status, granting breast-fed exclusive and the importance of
immunization.
