collecting data various employee performance problem through direct
interview with employee and surpey patient satisfaction to employee
administration as the basis of analysis of employee development, 3)
developing training methods that currently exist in RSUD Soreang. With
more internal training activities, either through seminars, technical
guidance or workshops, 4) utilizing electronic media or informatics
technology in documenting the development activities of employees, so
that the leaders can know the various employment data accurately and
actual about the condition of employees, 5) utilizing social media such as
internet, facebook, twiter and so forth in communicating, coordinating,
and disseminating information more effectively and efficiently in
communication and coordination activities, and 6) increasing the
number of employees motivation activities on a regular basis by doing a
formal counseling in a meeting forums, or informally through personal
discussions.
