EASY BREAD FOR ONE

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
100 gr fat-free greek yogurt
60 gr fine oats
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut flakes

Calories: 745
Proteins: 41 gr
Carbs: 75 gr
Fat: 29 gr

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.


2. Grease a small oven safe casserole or small pan with coconut oil.
3. Mash banana with fork and stir together with egg, greek yogurt, oats, ground
almonds, cocoa powder and syrup. Pour mixture in casserole and bake oon
middle rak for 25 mints. Until bread gets brown.
4. Put some coconut flakes.
