    While issuing RR.No.262004207 dt.31.5.2017 for Rs.1,03,27,621/- the commodity was


    wrongly fed by Sr.Asst/VPT as Naphta Mineral (Comm.Class:200) instead of Naphtha
    (Comm.Class:180)in Tank wagons.

    Due to which there is increase in freight has occurred to the tune of Rs.10,32,817/-

    Hence certificate from the destination point M/S. Brahmaputra Crackers & Polymers
    Ltd., is to be obtained and necessary proceedings are to be initiated to obtain the
    sanction from competent authority in case of refund is to be made.
