My investigation mostly ended after the WCB Appeals Commission ‘denied my appeal in 2016, From then on it was just taking targetable names and goin though the motions, having no feito ust in anyone. Dying with dignity, also known as euthanasia. an ongoing issue here is regarding nerve damage from sepsis, 1 blood infection issue stemming from gangrene. A Gangrene complication was the reason for the ‘amputation of three toes and metatarsals on my right foot, Metatarsals are the bones that connect to the ‘knuckle ofthe hands or feet My metatarsals were cut emi foot. Now these bones have begun to change postion, and that is called Charcot’ foot. The fallen arches are causing great discomfort, bruising, and the ‘open wounds are caused by the change in my gait. The right side of my righ foot is amputated and that ‘causes a different pressure point on my foot and at that point on the right side of my foot is what became en ‘open wound. This is obvious to everyone, except Jody Sandquist | understand my being ina state of shock, under medication, and not having the education or even understanding what Is going on has left me ‘vulnerable, and without an opinion to voice due toa lack of credibility in medical matters. Times have ‘changed, The doctors and independent review should have been listened to, and not Jodi Sandquist and the Millard centre WCB doctor. Despite a lengthy process thal very nearly ie me homeless, a commissions. hearing granted an independent review that was previously denied by the WCB case worker Jody ‘Sandquist. The independent review simply agreed with every other doctor, but the WCB doctor averruled the decision further causing murderous ends to any quality of Ife here. The intial WCB commissioners di the ‘same in supporting the ridiculous job retraining that was argued with the reasoning that fone month's ‘experience on computers can net person 90% of thelr former wage, or $44,000.00 per year CDN, then high schoo! students would be dropping out of school and lining up around the block for such job. Tactfuly the appeals commission denial basically sid | can earn such monies with or without such job retraining They were being suggestive ke Jodl Sandquist, and the rest ofthe employee's al WCB, suggestion in the commissioners hearing that economy isnot their responsibilty. That is being suggestive, as this hae nothing to do with economy. This is about job retraining, and not economy. Policy 04-04 {part 2} and policy 04-05 [part 1]. Jodi Sandquist allowed for a brief computer course inthe fist place (2012), | would have likely been glven a desk job at Cottswood interiors due to the respect | have earned. Unfortunately, | did not know ‘how to turn a compuler on, type freehand, or fingerpicking. Now the company is under new ownership, and | doubt anyone | knew stil works there. Since then any and all faith that my visions could be wrong vanished. ‘Since then | am simply taking targetable graduate names, maiden names, or family names, | will address ‘What positive option(s) | wil pursue i this case should not be successful, including a recommendation for ‘euthanasia. live for Justice and then ending my misery. Jody Sandquist ofthe WCB was then identifed again as being an evildoer who has effectively murdered me by way of using the WCB policies and amendments in a ‘way WCB personnel believe they can cause suffering and not answer for whal isin effect my murder. This investigation of mine is now over, all visions here came true, and | am just taking targetable names now. ‘This statement of claim, also known as a presentence report, isthe next step, The negative spirits enjoy ‘using people for their entertainment, as does all human evildoers ike Jody Sandquist, each in thelr own ‘way. Three examples of these ‘people are provided, and all persons employed at WCB are considered as guily as the case manager Jody ‘Sandquist. | have no abilty to enlist the police RCMP to investigate, nor can | sentence these people to 4-7 years in prison. | do see them all as a waste of oxygen and | do wish to die, and them too. Ifthey see me in their home is too late. | am nat poltical. | have time constraints, | seek to leave bbohind a legacy inthis story, with records, court transcripts, and most of all some sort of equal resolve (=) or posilve (+) revenge/ustce. | have chosen (=) the Court of Queen's Bench while under time constrits, Pain and suffering is both physical and mental. Sepsis s the major partion of nerve damage neuropathy. Diabetes also is said to develop neuropathy. Diabetes is only atthe pins and needles stage, and | have a lot (of fealing in my feet. My neuropathy is in every joint and piece of skin throughout my body, and | do not have hhepaiitis and was left untreated by a WCB accepted doctor and psychiatist. Seems doctors who make decisions In suppor of the Jody Sandquists, andthe rest of those evildoers, are the flavor of WCB. ‘acceptable qualities WCB qualified Doctors. Humanity is a bad word to their narcissistic decisions. | am attempting a faint hope fr at least some pain roll through a chemotherapy. If this had begun already then, the two conditions do not add together, they multiply. A previous statement of claim 1603 14292 fled August 12, 2016 that has not been addressed in the courts, does give a fair understanding of some of the mental pain | have received at the hands of Jodi Sandquist and her WCB supports, fiends, and associates. Fallen ‘metatarsals is another pain, Charcot’ foot another, and both conditions began in 2012 and was reported from Karl Hagar Limb and Brace, and later by a doctor Chaudry. He Is not @ WCB approved doctor ether, so fhe was ignored by WCB in favour of a WCB doctor who tried to call my open wound due to diabetes. WCB. ‘sent me to a Diabetic foot clinic. Diabetes was only a factor n slow healing, and not the cause. Charcot's {oot and fallen metatarsals are not the cause of upcoming complications and | anticipate more WCB attacks {rom those complication the WCB types should | lve that long. Despite those conditions been identified since 2012, the murdering WCB Millard centre doctor may once again overrule an independent review ‘ying it took too long and cite time constrainis, That WCB doctor denying the independent review was the final pain. Everything upcoming is only towards my simple bucket ist of becoming a hospital unit clerk and a ‘simple hand book of my story. and the final solution for justice and ending my misery. | have time constraints that weigh my health against my ability to proceed with one or more of my other options 8 This statement of claim servers an alternate purpose as a presentence report. My life has been made so unbearable tha | seek to leave behind a legacy after some revengefustice. Ifthe courts cannot find an ‘appropriate resolution, must then choose ane or more ofthe most thought of options from fellow WCB victims. My options will aways include leaving behind a legacy in paperwork of pertinent documents for the working man, and my experiance. | would Ike my hand book to be one of the people making up their own ‘minds, justification forthe victim's responses, and the working man tuming a bind eye to anyone responding ‘against the WCB supporters or personnel. The courtesy shov by the working man is of human nature in {tying to make this worl a better place.
