Dear Intern,

This is with reference to your application for internship under the Prime Ministers Youth Training Scheme
2015. The NIP management is pleased to place you for internship with M/S University of Sargodha, Punjab for a period
of one year subject to the satisfactory monthly attendance/ performance report from the concerned organization. You are
directed to report to Mr./Ms.Muddasir Kamran by 1st April, 2016.

2. You are advised to submit following document to employer at the time of reporting for maintenance of your
personal file for payment purposes:

(i) Placement order issued by NIP Office.

(ii) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card.
(iii) Attested photocopy of final degree
(iv) Two 1x1 inch size photographs.
(v) Bank Account Number & Address.
(vi) Contract to be signed with NIP Office

3. All the terms and conditions reflected in the advertisement for inviting applications will be applicable, in this
regard.
