    As stated in the current news article, the alleged social media relationship was initiated after
    the patient was discharged. Further, Copper Hills Youth Center hereby confirms that Mr. Clough
    is no longer an employee as of June 2017.

    Copper Hills has stringent policies in place for background checks, hiring and training of all
    employees. We condemn the alleged behavior displayed by Mr. Clough as it is inconsistent with
    our standards and values.

    Copper Hills remains fully committed t o its mission of providing high quality treatment
    programs and services t o patients with special, and sometimes complex, mental health needs.
