1. PHYSICAL HEALTH
Is generally the condition of the body? Also defined as the absence of disease and
disability.
It also serves as a foundation of achieving wellness in other dimensions.
Improvement of other health dimensions of health will be difficult until basic
physical needs, such as food, shelter, clothing and protection from dangers, are met.
How to achieve PHYSICAL HEALTH?
-Regular physical activity
-Good nutrition
-Adequate rest
2. EMOTIONAL HEALTH
A good emotion al health involves being able to work, study, love and be loved, and
enjoy activities, which characterized our being.
It also means expressing your happiness, love, joy and hope as well as your sadness,
anger, stress and fear in healthful productive ways.
Your emotional control is a sign of a good mental health. It requires recognition of
ones emotions and stress management of everyday life.
4. MENTAL HEALTH
The ability to make sound decisions and critical thinking is part of mental health.
This includes determination of continuous personal growth and willingness to
effectively learn and use new information for personal, family, and career growth
Means being a lifelong learner by continuously wanting to learn new things and
improve ones kills.
5. SPIRITUAL HEALTH
Includes a high level of faith, hope and commitment in a belief system that provides
a sense of meaning and a purpose of existence
You grow positively which includes connection to one self, other, and a higher or
larger reality.
It means being at peace and in harmony with yourself, others and a higher power or
bigger reality.
