Title : Construction of Residential Buildings with all services.

Company : Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO), Kochi.

Duration : 10 weeks.

Description : I had learnt how to do a pile foundation for High rise

buildings (26 stores) and all finishing works for residential
buildings.
FINAL YEAR PROJECT:

Title : Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC).

Duration : 20 weeks

Description : Tensile strength of the concrete is very less, it is nearly

1/10th of the compressive strength of concrete. To improve
the tensile strength we had replaced the fine aggregate
with glass fibers. So it had increased the tensile strength
nearly 30% in concrete. This GFRC will be helpful in
airport runways, car parking and heavy duty slabs because
of sudden impact loads.

ACHIEVEMENTS and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participated in NCC and got A, B and C certificates as a Commander of
17 (AN) BN.
Conducting lectures and preparing the material for Graduate and Diploma
students.
Initiate, facilitate and moderate classroom discussions.
Providing guidance to the students for developing their career as well as
making them familiar with different career opportunities.
Helping the students for completing their project works.
