1. The competition is open to students aged 1 April 2017, Saturday
between 16 to 20 years old, in full time - University of Nottingham, Kuala Lumpur
education at the time of the competition
(as of 12 May 2017). 2 April 2017, Sunday

2. Participants must be Malaysians
- Swinburne University of Technology,
3. Participants must present the following speeches: Kuching.
Heats :
- 5 minute prepared speech - Registration Fee:-
To Define Is To Limit Workshop : RM 100.00 per pax*
Heats : RM 50.00 per pax*
- A 3 minute impromptu speech
*Fee includes workshop notes & refreshments

Participants who qualify as Finalists: Prizes:-

- 5 minute prepared speech

The winner will receive a 5D/4N all expense paid
trip to London for the International Public

of participation and all finalists will receive a
certificate of merit.
