The human body is a beautiful creation. It has many parts and organs that help it
works and functions. An organ is a body part that does a specific or a special job. Besides
organs, we have muscles. Muscles help us move our legs, hands, eyes and all other
moving parts.
Activities such as walking, running, swimming and other actions require the use
of muscles. The more we use our muscles, the stronger they become. But if we over use
them, we may become muscle-bound, that is too stiff and find it difficult to move. So, we
